Orders & Shipping

Australian orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.

Complimentary shipping is available on all Australian orders over $350 AUD. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at any time via the Track Order link in the footer.

Currently AURÉME ships within Australia only. International shipping will be available in future. Subscribe to the newsletter to be notified when your region becomes available.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed for dispatch and cannot be changed. Please contact us at info@auremeskin.com.au if you need to make a change.

Products & Formulation

AURÉME formulas are built around biomimetic principles — using ingredients that mirror the skin's own chemistry. They are designed to be well-tolerated by most skin types, including sensitive skin. Surface Calm is specifically formulated for compromised and sensitive barriers. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, please review the full ingredient list for each product before use and consult a dermatologist if needed.

Yes. AURÉME does not test on animals at any stage of product development or manufacturing. All products are cruelty-free.

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Solenne Oil contains Bakuchiol, which is a plant-derived retinol alternative — while it is generally considered safer than retinol during pregnancy, we advise consulting your doctor before use.

AURÉME formulas are designed for long-term skin health, not immediate surface results. Initial improvements in hydration and skin feel are typically noticeable within the first 1–2 weeks. Meaningful improvements in skin texture, tone, and resilience are cumulative — most customers report visible changes at the 4–8 week mark with consistent twice-daily use. The skin renewal cycle takes approximately 28 days, which is the minimum timeframe for biological change to become visible.

AURÉME formulas are designed to work as a complete system. If you are introducing AURÉME products alongside existing skincare, we recommend introducing one product at a time to allow your skin to adjust and to identify any interactions. We do not recommend combining Solenne Oil with prescription retinoids as this may cause irritation.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless the product is faulty or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auremeskin.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@auremeskin.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.

Account & Orders

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and manage your details for faster checkout in future.
