Tracking

All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control including carrier delays, public holidays, and weather events. We will communicate any known delays as promptly as possible.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. AURÉME is not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at info@auremeskin.com if you need to update your address.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@auremeskin.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
