Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Faulty or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at info@auremeskin.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to return

To initiate a return, please email info@auremeskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes

Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Express shipping arrives within 1–3 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Complimentary shipping

Complimentary standard shipping applies to all Australian orders over $350 AUD.

International shipping

Currently AURÉME ships within Australia only. International shipping will be available in future.
