The AURÉME ritual is not a routine. It is a biological sequence — each step designed to prepare, support, and reinforce the one that follows.
Why sequence matters
Skin absorbs in order.
Formulas work in sequence.
The order in which skincare is applied is not arbitrary. It is determined by the biology of skin absorption — specifically, by molecular weight, skin penetration depth, and formula interaction.
Lighter, water-based formulas applied first penetrate most effectively into the epidermis. Heavier, oil-based formulas applied last seal the barrier and prevent moisture loss. Applying in the wrong order does not just reduce efficacy — it can actively prevent certain actives from reaching the skin layer where they are biologically active.
The AURÉME ritual sequence is built around this biological logic. Each step is placed where it will have the most impact — and each product is formulated to work with what comes before and after it.
Cleanse
Begin with a clean barrier.
Morning cleansing removes overnight sebum accumulation and any residue from evening products without stripping the lipids the barrier needs to function. The goal is not to strip — it is to reset.
Choose based on skin type: Surface Calm (ceramide-rich, for dry or sensitive skin), Surface Purify (BHA, for congestion-prone), or Surface Renew (AHA enzyme, for dull or uneven texture). If your skin feels balanced in the morning, a water rinse is sufficient.
Tone
Prepare and prime.
Applied to freshly cleansed skin, C-Veil Citrine Tonic delivers Ascorbic Acid and Niacinamide at a pH level optimised for absorption — before heavier formulas are applied.
Vitamin C is most effective at low pH (between 2.5 and 3.5). Applying it at this stage maximises its biological availability. Morning application is specifically recommended as Ascorbic Acid supports the appearance of skin exposed to environmental stress throughout the day.
Treat
The cellular work begins.
Cellular Thread is applied to damp skin after toning. The peptide complex penetrates most effectively into a hydrated epidermis — the moisture acts as a carrier, facilitating deeper absorption of the active compounds.
The Cellular Peptide Complex — Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, -7, and -38 — signals fibroblast activity in the dermis. Results are cumulative. Consistent morning and evening application over 4–8 weeks is where the biological outcomes become visible.
Wellness
Hydration under stress.
Circadia Shield is a step for skin that faces heightened environmental demands — gym, sauna, travel, or prolonged sun exposure. It seals hydration and supports barrier function in environments where moisture loss is accelerated.
Applied after serum and before moisturiser, Circadia Shield creates a breathable hydration layer using Hydrolysed Marine Collagen and Niacinamide. It does not occlude — it reinforces.
Moisturise
Seal and protect.
The final step seals everything applied beneath it and establishes the barrier state skin will maintain throughout the day.
Cellular Crème delivers the peptide complex in a rich emollient base. Balance Biome Crème delivers Bifida Ferment Lysate and Niacinamide in a lightweight probiotic base. Solenne Oil can be used alone or pressed into moisturiser for additional barrier occlusion.
Cleanse

Evening cleansing is the most important step of the ritual. It removes accumulated environmental stressors, oxidised sebum, and residue from the day that would otherwise remain in contact with skin overnight — during the skin's primary repair window.
Skin undergoes the majority of its cellular renewal and repair activity between 11pm and 4am. A thorough cleanse is not optional in the evening. It is the prerequisite for everything that follows.
Treat
The repair window opens.
Cellular Thread applied in the evening works during skin's peak cellular activity hours. The peptide complex supports the biological processes that are most active overnight — making evening application as important as morning.
Growth factor and peptide signalling is heightened during the nocturnal repair cycle. Applying Cellular Thread in the evening positions the Cellular Peptide Complex precisely when the skin's receptors are most responsive.
Moisturise and Restore
Support the overnight cycle.
Evening moisturisation supports the barrier with the lipid components it needs to carry out repair without the competing demands of environmental stress. Solenne Oil as a final step provides additional lipid occlusion and Bakuchiol support.
Transepidermal water loss (TEWL) increases overnight without occlusion. Applying Cellular Crème or Balance Biome Crème in the evening reduces TEWL and maintains the hydration level required for optimal enzymatic activity in the epidermis.

Normal or Combination
The complete ritual applies. C-Veil Citrine Tonic in the morning, Cellular Thread twice daily, Balance Biome Crème as the primary moisturiser. Surface Purify two to three evenings per week.
Mature or Longevity-Focused
Maximum peptide exposure morning and evening. Cellular Thread and Cellular Crème form the core. Solenne Oil every evening. Surface Renew two mornings per week for cellular turnover support.
Active or Performance-Focused
Add Circadia Shield before and after training. The wellness ritual is built around protecting the barrier during physical stress and restoring it after. All other steps remain consistent.
